Ben has been advising software and technology companies for over 14 years. His areas of expertise include search systems, media monitoring, research tracking and API-based systems for business intelligence. As sales lead for Altmetric across Europe, the Middle East and Africa industry focus is on academic, corporate, government and independent small charities as well as research institutes. Prior to Altmetric, his tenure includes regional sales management experience for the American Chemical Society as well Sr Sales Engineer for Serial Solutions in the focus areas of Library Discovery and Management Services

He is a graduate of the University of Warwick and is passionate about enabling public education and research communications through the use of advanced technologies.
